MEMBERSHIP
Adults (18+) Membership
Full Membership: Unlimited access to all classes, 7 days a week.
Pay-As-You-Go: Purchase a block of 10 classes for flexible attendance. Classes can be used over time, with the option to buy more blocks or switch to full membership.
U18 & Children Membership
Multi-Discipline Membership: Access to all available classes, including BJJ, Wrestling, MMA, and, from age 15, Muay Thai. Teens aged 15+ can join adult classes.
Single-Discipline Membership: For kids and teens who want to focus on one discipline (e.g., Wrestling, BJJ, or MMA).
Membership Setup
Memberships are rolling contracts, starting the day you sign up. Pro-rata fees apply for the first month, with recurring monthly payments made via GoCardless on the 1st of each month.

1. Membership & Payments
1.1 Create a membership profile before attending classes.
1.2 Keep health and contact information up to date.
1.3 Payments are taken via direct debit on the 1st of each month (listed as "GoCardless").
1.4 Managing direct debit payments is the member's responsibility. SBG moray are not responsible for costs incurred due to failure to manage or cancel direct debit membership payments.
2. Freezing or Cancelling Membership
2.1 Submit requests in writing to sbgmoray@icloud.com or cancel via your Gymdesk account.
2.2 Requests must be made at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid being charged for the next month.
2.3 Profiles inactive for 3 months will be deleted unless we’re informed of future plans to return.
2.4 Rejoining requires a pro-rata fee and may be subject to waiting list availability.
3. Refunds
3.1 We do not offer refunds for missed or unused classes on monthly memberships.
3.2 We offer No refunds for unused pay-as-you-go class blocks.

4. Rules
4.1 Follow all club rules.
4.2 Training without an active membership will require immediate payment.
5. Membership Termination
5.1 Membership may be terminated for rule violations or if deemed unsuitable for the club.
