Our membership is a rolling contract from the day you sign up. A pro-rata fee will be applied for the days remaining until the 1st of the month. Membership will be charged monthly with GoCardless payment system taking payments on the 1st of each month.
Terms & Conditions
1 - Membership & Payments
1.1 - You will need to create a membership profile before you attend classes.
1.2 - All relevant information including health information should be kept up to date by the member or in the case of under 18’s & child members their parent/guardian.
1.3 - Payments are taken via direct debit only on the 1st of each month. These will appear on your statement as GOCARDLESS.
1.4 - If you think you may have insufficient funds to cover the direct debit speak to a coach prior to the next payment.
1.5 - Should a payment be unable to be taken from the members account, the member will be unable to continue training until this cost is covered.
1.6 We are not responsible for failure to manage your direct debit.
2 - Freezing or Cancelling your Membership
2.1 - Should you wish to freeze or cancel your membership - Please make your request in writing to sbgmoray@icloud.com. You can also freeze or cancel from inside your gymdesk account.
2.2 - Freeze or cancellation requests must be made with a minimum of 2 week’s notice. Failure to do this may mean this system will have already begun processing your membership fee and you may still be charged.
2.3 - If your membership profile is not active and has not been for a 3-month period, your profile will be deleted. If you do not wish for this to happen please inform us that you’d like to return at a later date.
2.4 - Should you cancel your membership and re-join at a later date, you will be subject to the pro-rata fee when re-joining and will be on the most up-to-date membership rate. You may also have to join a waiting list if we are at capacity.
3 - Refunds & Payments
3.1 - We operate a no-refund policy in regard to missed or unused classes for monthly memberships, as a member you are free to attend as many or as few classes as suits you.
3.2 - We operate a no-refund policy on unused pay-as-you-go memberships.
3.3 - If you have not used your membership we do not issue refunds for this.
3.4 - If you believe you have been charged wrongly by our system please get in touch to resolve sbgmoray@icloud.com
4 - Rules
4.1 - You are expected to follow all of the club rules.
4.2 - If you are found to be training without active membership you will need to cover the cost before you can continue.
5 - Membership Termination
5.1 - Your membership can be terminated should you break our rules or are otherwise deemed not to be a good fit for our club.
